I have been renting for over 1 yr. The facility itself is a standard storage facility. Many storage options are available. It is kept clean, well lit, and the hours are good. Todd is cool, and once you fully understand the full terms and conditions of your rental, it's easier to communicate. Remember, the staff and himself are just following the orders of the higher-ups. Now, to the higher-ups, I'd give you 0 stars if possible. Your payment options aren't really options - pre pay, or pay in full by card. which is difficult when the due date is always different(especially if you have a fixed income). How did the company decide to have rolling rental terms and payment dates? Late fee schedule, not allowing partial payments, and complete removal of personal locks well before the unit is scheduled to be auctioned rather than just over locking it until date of no return (so to speak) makes it only beneficial to the business while ripping of the customers, even the CRA offers to try to work with their clients. It is their way or the highway. With that being said- read the FULL contract when you register for the unit- especially the part on payments/ late payments, etc.

Clean, and they are certainly on top of the state of each locker. I do think, however, there's a security flaw in that the access door can be propped open and no alarm goes off (it was propped open on my last visit and no one in sight - this was a Sunday afternoon). Seems basic. Staff is courteous.

In a pinch, when a reliable (and importantly affordable) option for a very last-minute emergency move, turned into security while securing a new residence, Access Storage kept it simple for me. Easy access at any time with a clean & secure facility, and fitting accommodations for both private and commercial storage. Coupled with a helpful staff to ease your experience, they are highly recommended for your needs.

Best storage facility I've used and I've tried quite a few. Friendly staff, clean environment, the most simple and effective loading docks.
