Access Storage - Victoria

Excellent service I just got my first unit today and the experience was great. I was given a great price and treated very nicely even though I may have looked like I just got out of bed. The facility is very clean and clear well maintained so I feel lucky there was a unit available for me.

Cynthia has been amazing and helped us through a very hard time. We put our stuff in storage March 2023 and just found a place to rent February 2024. We are very stressed during this time and Cynthia took care of everything we needed at access storage. We thank her very much and would recommend this storage as they are very accommodating and helpful.

My experience with Access Storage on Victoria Ave. was the best I could ask for. The staff was always courteous, friendly and very helpful. Love the staff. Very helpful. I had a scary situation one day when I was bringing things to storage with my grandmother and my 13 yr old daughter and I had to go get the staff member that was there to assist. She was able to help by calling the police to help get rid of someone who would not leave me and my daughter alone and kept standing behind the door outside as I was trying to move my stuff into the building. I was able to stay calm with her help and was able to keep my daughter calm who was very nervous with this situation. So thank you so so much. This staff member who I cant remember her name has no idea how grateful I am to have had her presence there to help with this situation as I myself have mental health issues like anxiety and struggle with situations when I feel unsafe and scared.
