Their introductory offer is amazing, especially in these hard times, rent being what it is, and so on. The staff at Access Storage were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful, and made the personally painful process of moving my stuff much more bearable. Their explanations of the necessary protocol and procedures, as well as the aspects of the rental agreement were very easy to understand and helpful. They even had a couple of business cards for moving companies to help move stuff from my old residence to storage. 10/10

The staff are very helpful and curtious! Im very happy with the service as well as the unit! Prices could be better, but in saying that, they are very comparable to others but not with the dedication I receive here! My unit wasn't properly locked after my grandson was in, one of the staff noticed and called so I could properly secure my unit, I was even offered if wanted just to bring a key and they would do for me! We can't get service like that elsewhere! I'm a repeat customer! I am pleased to recommend it to everyone for all their storage needs!

Yesterday was the first time I was in a position where I had to arrange for a storage locker. I decided to work with Access Storage and I'm very happy I chose them. My experience started with a young lady by the name of Melony, who was extremely happy to help me. She first asked me a few simple questions to determine what size storage locker I would require to suit my needs. After we got that out of the way she just simply walked me through the process and had me set up and on my way. Later that day I showed up at Access storage facility on Victoria Ave North in Hamilton. At thos point I walked into the building only to find an absolutely spotless business office and I was greeted with a friendly face and a great smile. Set me at ease right away. We discussed the contract, a few simple rules and the gentleman behind the counter and his colleague took care of me inside the facility. I was taken to my storage locker and then right back to my car so I could unload my first load of belongings. I am very happy with everything about Access Storage and I will probably be working with them and their courteous staff for a long time to come. THANK YOU ACCESS RICHARD BURLEIGH

The folks at Access Storage are awesome and the units are competitively priced. I had an awesome deal on a 10 x 10 unit, 50% off for the first three months. After that promotion ended I started finding it challenging to make the full price payments on the unit. I went in yesterday and explained I needed to downsize to a smaller 5x10 unit to save some money — they showed me a few different options until I found the one that worked best for my needs. They were patient with me as I deliberated what the best thing to do would be. I appreciate the folks at the Victoria St Access Storage a lot! The best in the storage business in my humble opinion!
