Vince the manager is an awesome down to earth guy. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is. I used to rent a place from his Planes Road location and then found him downtown Hamilton. I only come to Access Storage because of the service I get from Vince. He is simply the best and way under valued. He should be a district Manager by now with his skill.

I was blown away by the incredible service, pricing, and cleanliness of this storage company. The gentleman who helped me get started was very kind and helpful, and I was very pleased with the location of my storage unit, the very flexible times of opening and closing, and the clean and spacious storage unit I got. Would highly recommend.

Super clean and well-maintained facility with really friendly staff. A great experience all around.
