Ancaster Mini Storage & U-Haul

JD is the best. I was in a time of need where I had to find a storage unit, and he was super helpful (same day). We set everything up, moved in. He even helped me with my pay date to match my bill dates so nothing was to overwhelming. I've never met someone so courteous, and I am a person who has moved a lot and required storage units. The units are 24hr accessible, which was a big plus for me. One day I even forgot to close the unit properly, and he called me up letting me know so he could show me how to close it.

Easy pick up and drop off process. Had some issues with the mileage but the staff at the Ancaster location took care of it. Excellent customer service!

I had to put my household contents into storage and had a difficult experience with the movers, but JD at Ancaster Mini Storage was a breath of fresh air! Proactive and helpful. Highly recommended. I also had to rent a U-Haul truck and JD was very helpful with that

I was very happy with Ancaster Mini Storage. The staff were very helpful and efficient. It was very convenient to have the U-Haul pick-up and drop-off at the same location as the storage locker. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.
