Picked up a 15’ truck this morning and the woman assisting me was amazing. She was so lovely, helpful and professional. I was unaware that I had an electronic pickup but she stepped in and got everything done for me. Before I left she walked me out to the truck and made sure I knew how to open the back door and that I was comfortable with the truck. Then I was on my way and very happy.

I recently rented a moving truck and had a really smooth, hassle-free experience. The booking process was straightforward, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was ready right on time. The truck itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive, which made the whole moving process much less stressful.
Pickup and drop-off were quick and efficient, with no unexpected issues or delays. Overall, everything went exactly as planned, and I really appreciated how seamless the entire process was. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable moving truck rental.

Really enjoy this place. I wasn’t sure about a few different things as I’ve never left anything at a atorage facility before. JD made me feel so amazing about my stuff’s safety, offered to take calls off hours to ensure my peace of mind, and made this whole process so much easier. Thanks so much!!!!
