I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly kind and friendly manager at this location. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. It's rare these days to meet someone so genuinely warm, approachable, and helpful.
They handled everything with a smile and made the whole experience feel personal and easy. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s people like this that make all the difference!
If you’re considering coming here, do it—you’ll be in great hands. Huge thanks to the manager for turning a regular visit into a memorable one.

I’ve had a great experience with Green Storage. The units are clean, secure, and easily accessible. The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. Great experience at Green Storage Hamilton location! We had a lady named Grey who helped us finding our unit.
She went through absolutely every detail with us and made sure we are totally comfortable. Took the time to show us multiple units and showed us all around the facility. She worked with our budget and made sure to give us options. The Process was quick and easy I’d definitely recommend Grey!

Had a unit for years here and would recommend this storage place to everyone who's interested in feeling safe visiting your unit, secure inside the facilities (that are clean and modern with a digitized system). There was controlled temperature so no need to worry about damage due to extremes. Speaking of that, I was protected from snow & rain as my vehicle drove right into the building for loading/unloading. The staff are easy to talk to and gave me a little tour throughout the building before I made the decision to rent a spot (it was cool walking down aisles and watching the lights come on as we triggered their motion detectors). The payment options were easy too. So if you're searching for a "good place" then check out Green Storage.

Associate was helpful, had all the information easily accessible; showed me a few units, looked at pricing then for one. The process was quite easy and fast. Overall really good experience so far
