SmartStop Self Storage - Centennial Pkwy

We reserved a locker online and stopped by for more information. We were practically pounced on by Amy. We felt so pressured and rushed! She barely said hello and next thing we knew she was trying to open the packaging for the lock. No tour, no information, I was beginning to have a panic attack! Now today we stopped by again and were very relieved to see LILY! What a difference! What a pleasant, HELPFUL girl! She gave us a tour and appreciated that every step matters for me and was able to get me a locker just a little bit closer. Lily is a treasure to your company! I'm glad we came back. If it had been Amy I'm afraid we probably would not have gotten a storage unit with you. Thank you, Lily for being you and making this a pleasant experience!

The woman who helped us was amazing!! 10 out of 10!!!! She was friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The facility is clean and well kept. The red carts were so helpful and definitely saved our backs lol. If I ever need to store things again I would definitely go back here

I was looking to get my first storage unit and had look online after my sister had already gotten a storage unit at the centennial location. I had purchased the unit and done the policy all online. it was very easy and took less than 20 mins to complete which was amazing. within 5 mins i had gotten a phone call from the storage place to see when i would be able to swing by to grab the keys and be shown to my unit. A couple hours later, 10 minutes before close I had rushed in and was greeted right away by an amazing woman lily who had a smile on her face and was in no way rushing me regardless of closing within minutes. she had explained all the policies again to me thoroughly as well as took her time to show me up to my unit and explain how the keys and lock system works. after leaving this establishment I would like to say i am very pleased with the generosity and care lily had shown me today along with the company and establishment itself. if you’re looking for a adorable and reliable place to house your belongings then i would highly recommend smart stop self serve:)
