Vaultra storage is an amazing place to put the possessions that you don't have room for at the moment. Their prices are reasonable and the place is clean. Any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. The team, led by Site Manager Brenda are absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this place for your storage needs. Use me as a reference if you wanna. You won't be disappointed. My sincere apologies if I forgot to mention anyone.

From my initial phone call to going in person to finalize my arrangements Vaultra has been amazing. Very straightforward will answer all questions and very friendly customer service. Brenda was absolutely wonderful in person and Todd was absolutely wonderful over the phone. Both were very informative and courteous. I would recommend Vaultra storage as your go to if you need to rent a storage unit. .

I had such a great experience at Vaultra Storage Hamilton, and a big part of that was Brenda. She was absolutely fantastic — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my decision.
Vaultra, as a brand, really stands out for its customer service and clean, well-managed facility, and Brenda truly represents that standard. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a storage company that genuinely cares about its customers!

I have been a renter with Vaultra for about two years until just recently no longer needed their services.
I originally went with Vaultra due to it being close to both my home and business which made it very handy to store and retrieve things 24 hours a day.
The staff were always wonderful to me whenever an interaction was required (to request the elevators be activated, asking when next payment was due, and even renting a U-Haul from their location). I must say that Tiffany has been the stand out character of the staff here with her extrovert personality and friendly nature. (I would be to exclude Brenda and Todd as they are both wonderful people as well.)
The building has a certain charm that has transcended from the building’s history to the business it is now. Always clean, never any weird smells, and devoid of any pests or vermin.
If the time ever comes when I need a storage facility, Vaultra will be my first thought.
My only qualm (resulting in 4 stars instead of 5) is that there is no definitive pay schedule. Instead of it being on the same date every month, it shifts around.
For anyone wondering, I left Vaultra because I now have access to on-site storage with my business and can save $195 from my budget.
