I have been a renter with Vaultra for about two years until just recently no longer needed their services.
I originally went with Vaultra due to it being close to both my home and business which made it very handy to store and retrieve things 24 hours a day.
The staff were always wonderful to me whenever an interaction was required (to request the elevators be activated, asking when next payment was due, and even renting a U-Haul from their location). I must say that Tiffany has been the stand out character of the staff here with her extrovert personality and friendly nature. (I would be to exclude Brenda and Todd as they are both wonderful people as well.)
The building has a certain charm that has transcended from the building’s history to the business it is now. Always clean, never any weird smells, and devoid of any pests or vermin.
If the time ever comes when I need a storage facility, Vaultra will be my first thought.
My only qualm (resulting in 4 stars instead of 5) is that there is no definitive pay schedule. Instead of it being on the same date every month, it shifts around.
For anyone wondering, I left Vaultra because I now have access to on-site storage with my business and can save $195 from my budget.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. The quality of their work is exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier, they made my transition very easy after going through a very tough time and for Tiffany Robbins She went beyond to make things easier for me. I couldn’t thank her enough. The prices are amazing, friendly, and great staff at this location.

Vaultra Storage Hamilton has a convenient location and the lot is very well-lit and clean, making it easy to access day or night. Moreover, Brenda was very friendly and professional, answered all my questions and made the whole process a breeze from start to finish, “thank you, Brenda”. Vaultra Storage definitely has a great value for the price and I feel secure knowing my vehicle is in a well-maintained and monitored lot. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

I’m impressed! Tiffany and Brenda took time understanding my needs and gave me a great recommendation for the unit. Miserable Hamilton weather today, moving stuff to the unit, and Tiffany came outside and made sure i was all set up. She even pulled out the ramp on our truck! I had to bug a couple times… totally helpful and friendly. Great value too!
